I could go to a local community college, spend about three months and a $1,000 OR I could learn how amazing leaders in the field of photography use photoshop, and all for free. But because we chose to purchase it during the live event it was discounted 90%; we paid only $300 for it. It has been invaluable. There are so many videos; it will take about 2 years to go through it all, thoroughly. I’m proud of this particular business decision. I hated photoshop because it was my weakest link. But using these tutorials helped photoshop to come alive for me. It can still be cumbersome and I drag my heels getting to it (having expectant clients helps prod me to work, though) but now, I think about photos I edited previously to this course and want to go back and re-edit them!

I want to purchase it but I have to make sure it’s in my budget first. In the meantime, I will watch it while it is free! And it has already been informative with little tricks to use.
This course really couldn’t have been better timed as newborn photography is really what I’d like to make my niche market. I’ve been timid to move forward into this market, however, not really knowing how to pose the babies. Oddly, as I’ve been watching the video I have thought back on previous jobs that would easily relate into this specific work! Almost like I was being prepared without realizing it.
